Group Booking & Gift Voucher Questions
We are open whatever the weather, but as an outside attraction we ask that customers take care on the course in wet conditions and dress appropriately for the weather.
We understand that the weather can be unpredictable, but we want to ensure that all of our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience with us.
(If the weather is particularly severe or dangerous, we may need to temporarily close the course for the safety of our customers and staff.
In this situation, we will do our best to communicate any closures or changes in our operating hours to our customers in a timely manner.)
You can cancel your booking for a full refund of the deposit paid up to 24 hours before the arrival time, by following the link in your Booking confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 14 days.
If for example you had a booking earlier in the day and the weather isn’t great at the time of your booking and you’d like to come later in the day, give us a call before your arrival time to let us know and we should be able to facilitate a later arrival time on the same day.

This is ok, If you book for the expected number of players, if there are a few less or a few more players on the day of arrival, we can process this upon check in when you arrive.
If you have a significant change in the number of players +/- 6 players, please contact us . If the change is on the day, please call us in advance to let us know.

Please try to get all members of the group to arrive on time, we suggest the group meets in our car park, and once the group is complete, come to the admissions desk and then we can check everyone in together.
On average it takes a group of 4 people around 2 hours to complete 18 holes ( e.g. 6-7 Mins per hole).
There is a limit of 5 players/balls on a fairway at a time, so dependant upon the size of your group your overall visit time will be longer, i.e. your group will split into smaller groups of 5 and play each hole one after the other.
So if you had a group of 20 players in four groups this would add approx another 25-30 mins.
Absolutely, for Institutions and registered Charities, after your visit we can issue a invoice to your respective accounts department. Contact us , letting us know when you would like to visit, the approximate number of players and which type of booking you’d like to make (see our Groups page).
Yes, we can provide a risk assessment ahead of your visit to Cornwall Footballgolf, contact us with your booking details and we’ll get one over to you
Simply download the linked PDF Gift Voucher from your order confirmation email onto your mobile device and on arrival we’ll scan the QR code on the voucher. You can of course print the gift voucher, but there is no need, as long as you have downloaded the voucher onto your mobile device and bring the mobile device with you!
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email, this will contain a link to download your Footgballgolf Gift Voucher.
All FootballGolf Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. (we are open easter through to November each year – Opening Hours)
No, there is no need to print the voucher, simply show us the downloaded PDF on your mobile device and we’ll scan the QR code upon arrival.
If you lose your gift voucher, we can likely re issue the voucher, providing you have the details of the original order ; the email address the order was placed with, what it was for and when the order was placed. Contact us letting us know the details and we’ll do our best to help.
No unfortunately, Gift vouchers sales are non refundable. They are however transferable, so you are free to pass it on to someone else.
